DeltaHub Global Launchpad is a six-month program for founders who are serious about building a real company and taking it global. It comes in two parts. In the first half you build, in person, in our space in India. In the second half you go to Silicon Valley, in person, and meet the investors, founders, and operators who can change your trajectory.
It is hands-on, it is intense, and it is built for people who actually want to ship and not just talk about building one day. This is close to the program I wish someone had handed me when I started. I spent ten years and fifteen failed products learning what we have packed into these six months.
Who it is for
- Early founders with a product, or a real commitment to build one.
- Technical or non-technical. The fundamentals are the same.
- Anywhere from pre-revenue to early revenue.
- Founders willing to live and build in our space in India for part one, and travel to Silicon Valley for part two.
- People who are coachable, hungry, and ready to do the work.
We take a small cohort on purpose, so every founder gets real attention and a seat at the table.
Part one: Build
Build
In our space in India · Months 1 to 3
You move into our startup house and you build. Founders live and work under one roof, which is where the real magic happens. Late nights solving the same hard problems, shared wins, and a community of people in the exact same fight as you.
Part one is about going from an idea or a rough product to something real that people pay for. No lectures for the sake of lectures. Everything points at one outcome: your first paying customers and a clear path to your first ten thousand dollars.
Here is what part one covers.
- Build to first revenue. Hands-on building with bi-weekly one-to-one reviews on your actual numbers, plus founder community meetups with companies at your exact stage.
- The Startup Essentials curriculum. My story and the real beginning. Books, Twitter, communities, and how the startup world actually works. How to fund your startup. The top programs around the world. How to find talent. How to get traction. VC versus bootstrap, and what nobody tells you. And email, email, email, because reaching people is the whole game.
- Product, marketing, and sales. Product-oriented design, digital marketing across SEO, ads, and influencers, and the basics of enterprise sales.
- Your US company, set up for you. We incorporate your business in the US, get your EIN, and help with banking, so you can sell to the whole world and take payments from day one. We have done this for over two thousand companies that did more than a hundred million dollars in revenue last year.
By the end of part one you have a product in the market, real customers, a US company, and the fundamentals to grow.
Part two: Launch Global
Launch Global
In Silicon Valley, in person · Months 4 to 6
Then you go to Silicon Valley. There is no substitute for being in the room. We handle visa and travel support and bring you inside the ecosystem that the rest of the world only reads about.
Part two is about relationships and momentum. The right ten conversations in the Valley can do more for your company than a year of working in isolation. We make those conversations happen.
Here is what part two covers.
- Global immersion. You spend real time on the ground in Silicon Valley, in the rooms where things happen, at pitch competitions, networking events, and mentorship sessions.
- Investor connect. Warm introductions to angels, pre-seed and seed investors, and VCs through the network we built over a decade. VC Connect events where you meet funds in person, not over a cold email.
- Accelerator access. Preparation and introductions for the top programs in the world.
- Get deep into the ecosystem. Access to communities and key people, the kind of relationships that compound for the rest of your career.
- Investor readiness. Deck reviews, pitch practice, and the honest feedback you need before you stand in front of someone who can write a check.
The accelerators and programs we prepare founders for and connect them into:
By the end of part two you have an investor-ready company, real relationships in Silicon Valley, and a clear path to funding if that is the road you choose.

The people behind it
DeltaHub is backed by the network we built over a decade. Our own investors include Biz Stone, cofounder of Twitter, Balaji Srinivasan, the former CTO of Coinbase, and John Ruffolo and Mark Maybank of Maverix Private Equity, along with many other operators and angels in Silicon Valley and beyond. That same network is what opens up for the founders in this program.
What we look for
We are not looking for the most polished pitch. We are looking for the founder who gets back up every time they fall down. Bring a product or a real commitment to build one, the willingness to relocate for part one and travel for part two, and the hunger to do the work. We will bring everything else.
